Discovery, UX and a new Squarespace site for a female-led events agency. We replaced a tired presence with a confident one, built around their three services and the work that proves them.
Project Farm is a female-led events agency that runs live experiences from the first idea to the final load-out. Small by design, senior on every job, big on delivery and creativity. The work was strong. The website was not, and it made them read like a traditional agency rather than the hands-on team they are.
They came to us to close the gap between who they are and how they showed up online. One clear story, three services given equal weight, and the work brought forward, on a platform the team could run themselves between shows.
The site

Three services given equal weight and the work brought forward, on a Squarespace build the team can run themselves between shows.
The work
A proper discovery first. We mapped who they are, what they sell and who buys it, then shaped two sitemap options and wireframes before a single page was designed. The structure was agreed before it was decorated.
Three services, made unmistakable. Event Production, Strategic Thinking and Experience Design given equal, clear billing, so a first-time visitor understands the offer in seconds, not paragraphs.
A modern, energetic Squarespace build. The bold wordmark, the yellow and the organic shapes carried across every page, the work leading and a live Instagram feed keeping it current. Built on Squarespace so the team can keep it moving without us.

The shift was about clarity as much as look. Deciding what to lead with, where the work earns the most attention, and how to make a busy events team feel as considered online as they are in the room.
The result reads like them: confident, energetic and clear. It runs from the homepage straight through to the enquiry, and the team can keep it alive themselves.
“The site finally looks like the rooms we create. Clear, confident, and ours to run.”
