Strategy & growth

Eden started for a simple reason. I'd spent two decades in and around agencies, the big ones and the smaller ones. The work was often good. The structure rarely was. Layers between the client and the people thinking the work through. Junior teams learning on someone else's budget. Process built for the agency's economics, not the client's outcome.
Eden is the deliberate opposite of all of that. Bring senior people in directly. Scope each engagement around the actual problem. Cut everything else.
I lead on strategy and growth, working directly with founders and marketing leads from the first conversation through to delivery. There's no handover step where I disappear and a delivery team takes over. That's the whole point of how we're built.
“My job is to absorb complexity, not perform it back to you. If a meeting feels heavy, I haven't done my job yet.”

How I plug in
Usually at the start of an engagement, when the brief isn't clear yet and the client needs help shaping it. Sometimes mid-project, when something's drifted and a more senior voice is needed in the room.
I lead on the strategy and growth side, positioning, audience, the commercial logic underneath the work. I work directly with founders or marketing leads. No layers, no translators.
